Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Moʻolelo Marketing dashboard, the client portals and the internal portal. By signing in you agree to them. Last updated 13 October 2026.

The service

The dashboard is where we work with you: onboarding, approving and tracking posts, reports, leads, files, messages, services and billing. It is provided to you as part of our marketing services agreement; where the two differ, that agreement comes first.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for the business on the portal.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything done from your account counts as done by you, so tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
  • You can invite other people from your business; each gets their own sign-in and you can remove them any time by asking us.

Approvals and publishing

When you approve a post in the portal, you are authorising us to publish it on your accounts as shown, on the date shown. Changes after approval may not be possible once a post is queued. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business and for having the rights to any material you upload.

Account access you grant

During onboarding you may give us access to your social media and advertising accounts. We use that access only to do the work you hired us for. You can remove it at any time; doing so may stop parts of the service from working until it is restored.

Services and quotes

A quote request from the Services page is a request, not an order. Nothing is charged until we confirm scope, timing and price with you. Prices shown include Hawaiʻi general excise tax and the card surcharge where stated. Refunds and cancellations are covered on their own page.

Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to upload unlawful material, to add people to lead lists who have not agreed to be contacted, to interfere with the service, or to access another client's data. We may suspend an account that does.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you upload and of your business information. We keep ownership of the dashboard itself. Content we create for you is covered by our services agreement.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the dashboard available but cannot promise it will never be down or error-free. Social platforms, email providers and other services we rely on can change or fail outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the dashboard is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which a problem occurred, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Ending the service

You can stop using the portal at any time; ask us to remove your access or delete your data and we will. We may close accounts for breach of these terms. Our services agreement governs notice periods and fees.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Questions go to nakana@moolelomarketing.com.
